Birthday plans
Crap, I'd meant to post this up a bit sooner than this! Sorry,folks!
Anyway, it's my 31st birthday tomorrow. I've scrapped the pub plans I had earlier in August and have decided to have my birthday celebrations at B-Movie (which will also be celebrating it's fifth birthday!)on the 14th September, so a week from tomorrow.
The blurb for B-Movie is as follows;
B-Movie: V for Vendetta will be our super hero themed 5th birthday party on Friday 14th Sepetmber.

We'll be opening up a second dance floor on the ground floor, playing a decadent cocktail of 78s, swing, show tunes, music from the 30s and 40s - imagine the records that B-Movie would have played if we'd opened in 1952 . Guesting on the ground floor will be Lydia Morgan (STJ, Full Tilt etc) and Miss Red (The Beautiful and Damned). For those of you who don't want to wear spandex, we're suggesting a Film Noir theme to compliement the cocktail.
Hard boiled detectives, femme fatales and customed superheroes, booze, chocolate, lights, cameras, action, and a century of music - come and celebrate with us!
Track down a flyer - this will get you in for £6 (it's £8 without) - they shall be appearing at clubs across London over the coming weeks, and are also available from Resurection Records in Camden, Drag Strip, No-Wear and other fine retail outlets in the area.
We shall also be putting an e-flyer on line over the coming weeks.
